Your Role
As Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving innovation and developing the company’s tech solutions. You will ensure alignment between business strategy, operational needs in the field, and the evolution of our product portfolio.
You will lead the development teams and implement robust product management and tech development practices to support the organization’s growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Vision for tech and innovation
- Collaborate effectively with sales technicians
- Participate in work planning
- Write and maintain technical procedures/documentation for production and development teams
Leadership of technical teams
- Lead mechatronics and software development teams
- Mentor and develop technical leaders (software architects, DevOps architects, team leads, etc.)
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
Product Development
- Structure and optimize the product development process
- Implement robust portfolio management and prioritization practices
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from design to launch
Processes and Governance
- Establish a structured process for the development and introduction of new products (NPI)
- Define performance metrics for product development
- Ensure alignment amongst R&D, sales, operations, and marketing teams
Strategic Contribution
- Actively participate as a member of the executive committee
- Contribute to the company’s strategic decisions
- Collaborate with tech partners and research institutions
- Maximize innovation programs (R&D, university partnerships)

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business administration (product management track), or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, innovation management, technology systems) — a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tech product development
- Experience leading engineering or R&D teams
- Experience with products combining mechatronics and software
- Experience managing the product development lifecycle
- Experience in a complex technological or industrial environment
- Language skills: Bilingual (French/English)
