your responsibilities
- Mobilize, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Plan development activities, establish priorities, and allocate resources based on needs and timelines.
- Drive R&D project progress, anticipate risks, and coordinate the different disciplines involved.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to align requirements, technical direction, and key decisions.
- Support the resolution of complex problems and evolve practices, processes, and metrics to improve product development efficiency.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic or mechatronic product development.
- You have significant experience managing or leading technical project teams.
- You have solid knowledge in electronic design, embedded systems, validation, testing, or certification.
- You have experience with agile management and stage-gate style product development.
- You know how to mobilize a team, communicate clearly, and keep the big picture in mind even when multiple projects are running in parallel.
- You are analytical, solutions-oriented, and you like moving things forward in a structured way.
A few valuable assets
- Knowledge of VoIP security, including TLS, SRTP, and SIP authentication.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of unified communications.
