Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist

your responsibilities

• Develop and suggest new marketing and communication initiatives
• Create engaging content for social media, the web, and various digital platforms
• Design visuals, videos, and promotional materials
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Help promote our employer brand
• Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and the company’s public image
• Conduct market research and monitor best practices
• Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
• Help organize corporate events and create content in the field
• Contribute to the evolution of our brand image and communication tools

Your Profile

• Education (currently enrolled or completed) or relevant experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field; 
• You are creative and brimming with ideas; 
• You are self-motivated and able to turn an idea into action; 
• You have excellent communication skills in both French and English; 
• You are curious and keep up with the latest trends; 
• You enjoy collaborating, but you’re also comfortable working independently; 

A few valuable assets 

• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; 
• Experience with professional social media platforms; 
• Interest in technology and innovation; 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
