Back-End/Full Stack Developer

Your Impact 

You will help build robust, reliable, and well-structured backend solutions, paying particular attention to API performance, the clarity of application logic, and architectural evolution. 

Since you’ll be involved early in the product’s lifecycle, your work will have a real and lasting impact on its foundations, technical choices, development practices, and code quality. You’ll also be responsible for the features you deliver, from their design through to their behaviour in production. 

The role is primarily focused on backend development, with the potential to expand into full-stack development depending on your profile and the product’s needs.

You don’t need to be an expert in all of these technologies right from the start. Above all, we’re looking for an experienced person who can learn quickly and help make sound technical decisions. 

We use some on-premises AI models, but the core of the role remains software development. 

your responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Rust, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Use PostgreSQL to model, query, and scale product data
• Help design APIs and workflows between services
• Write clear, tested, secure, and maintainable code
• Take ownership of features, from design through to production
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, observability, security, and reliability
• Help the team maintain a healthy codebase as the product evolves

Your Profile

• You have about 5–10 years of relevant experience in backend development
• You hold a DEC or a university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• You have solid experience in backend development
• You are proficient in TypeScript or Node.js
• You have an interest in Rust or experience with this language
• You’re comfortable with PostgreSQL and relational databases
• You prioritize testing and code quality
• You’re self-reliant, collaborative, and able to explain your decisions
• You want to have a real impact on a product and on how things are done
