Your Impact 

You will play a direct role in the evolution of our products by turning complex operational requirements into reliable, innovative, and manufacturable solutions. Your work will have a tangible impact on the products we develop, from identifying needs all the way to production. 

At BCC, you won’t be confined to a single development stage or a single specialty. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to product design, prototyping, integration, testing, and continuous improvement. Your expertise, ideas, and judgment will directly influence technology decisions and the way we develop and improve our products. 

your responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical solutions that meet functional and operational requirements 
  • Participate in the design and integration of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components 
  • Develop, assemble, and evaluate prototypes 
  • Plan and execute testing activities, analyze results, and resolve technical issues 
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and Manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition to production 
  • Contribute to product improvements, technology selection, and the evolution of development methodologies 

Your Profile

  • You have about 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product development, hardware design, or research and development 
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field 
  • You have experience designing electronic, mechanical, or mechatronic products 
  • You are comfortable with prototyping, testing, and product validation 
  • You have an understanding of electronic design principles, hardware integration, and manufacturing processes 
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • You are curious, self-driven, and comfortable collaborating with professionals from different areas of expertise 
  • Motivated by making a tangible impact on products and ways of working 

A few valuable assets

  • You are interested in wireless communications networks or amateur radio 
  • You have experience with embedded systems 
  • You are familiar with certification and compliance standards 
  • You have worked in an Agile or iterative development environment
