Your role will be key in ensuring efficient operations by guaranteeing equipment availability, inventory reliability, and an effective supply chain. 

We’re looking for a meticulous, organized, and proactive individual. Someone who anticipates needs, effectively manages supplier relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to support production and product launches.

your responsibilities

• Plan procurement needs and ensure the availability of critical supplies.  
• Manage suppliers, purchasing, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.  
• Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize inventory levels.  
• Coordinate raw material logistics and transportation.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support production and product launches.  
• Analyze data and propose improvements for purchasing, inventory, and logistics processes. 

Your Profil

• You have a college or university degree in administration, inventory management, or a related field. 
• You have at least 5 years of experience in inventory management and procurement, ideally in a high-tech environment. 
• You are bilingual in French and English. 
• You are thorough, organized, analytical, and comfortable with planning. 
• You communicate effectively and possess strong negotiation skills. 
• You have an eye for detail, a drive for continuous improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
