As Production Director, you will serve as a strategic operations leader and play a key role in building a robust, agile, and scalable production function.
You will lead the development of the teams, processes, and tools needed to ensure strong operational performance, while supporting growth and the rapid introduction of new products.
You will also play a central role on the executive committee, helping align operational priorities with the organization’s strategic objectives.

- Identify and solve systemic issues to implement robust, efficient, and scalable processes.
- Continuously improve operational workflows and drive overall performance using key metrics.
- Support the rapid introduction of new products and act as a strategic link between engineering and operations.
- Define and oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain strategies, as well as the effectiveness of systems, including ERP, across the full operational cycle.

Your Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree, such as an MBA or equivalent, is considered an asset.
- You have 8 years of experience in operations management, production, or a similar role.
- You have experience working in a growth-stage or transformation environment.
- You have experience in process optimization and operational scaling.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
