Your Impact
As Production Director, your role is to lead the production division and ensure an efficient, robust, agile, and scalable production to support Base Camp Connect’s growth and the delivery of its innovative solutions in the field.
You will mobilize, organize, and develop a team, as well as the processes and tools necessary to ensure overall production performance, while supporting growth and the rapid introduction of new products.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning production priorities, procurement needs, evolving manufacturing capabilities, as well as the organization’s strategic objectives.

- Transform production to support growth, improve manufacturing performance, and accelerate innovation
- Identify and resolve systemic production issues to implement robust, efficient, and scalable processes
- Continuously optimize production flows and manage overall performance using key metrics
- Ensure excellence in the delivery of innovative solutions, particularly by supporting the rapid introduction of new products and technologies, and act as a strategic liaison between departments.
- Define and oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain strategies, as well as the efficiency of systems (including ERP) and the end-to-end operational cycle.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)—a plus
- Training or certification in continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma—a plus
- Approximately 8 years of experience in production management or in a similar role
- Experience in a growing or transforming environment
- Bilingualism (French/English)
