Your Impact
You will lead operational activities and ensure they are efficient, robust, agile and scalable in order to support Base Camp Connect’s growth and the delivery of its innovative solutions in the field.
You will be responsible for building, organizing and developing the team, processes and tools required to drive overall operational performance, while supporting growth, excellence and the rapid introduction of new products.
You will play a central role in aligning production priorities, procurement needs, the evolution of manufacturing capabilities, and the organization’s strategic objectives.

- Build, engage and grow a proactive, engaged, and high-performing team
- Ensure excellence in the delivery of innovations, notably by supporting the rapid introduction of new products and technologies, and act as a strategic link between the various departments
- Align operations with the company’s strategic priorities
- Transform and optimize operations to support growth, improve manufacturing performance, and accelerate innovation
- Identify and resolve systemic operations issues to implement robust, efficient, and scalable processes
- Define and oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain strategies, as well as the efficiency of systems (including ERP) and the end-to-end operational cycle.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent), an asset
- Training or certification in continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma, an asset
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a growing or transforming environment
- Bilingualism (French/English)
