Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a central role in managing customer orders, tracking quotes and bids, and providing after-sales service. Acting as a liaison between customers, sales, production, and logistics, you actively contribute to the smooth running of operations and continuous process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Track orders and deliveries to ensure a high-quality customer experience 
  • Prepare complete, compliant, and timely quotes 
  • Qualify Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) based on client needs, and contribute to market intelligence. 
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. 
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Support external sales representatives and collaborate with internal teams 
  • Coordinate files, particularly for institutional and government clients (e.g., National Defense) 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inside sales practices 

Desired Profile

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Team player, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities 

Qualifications

  • Education: DEC/DEP in sales, administration or related field 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination 
  • Asset: Experience with institutional clients (B2G) or the Defense sector 
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English (required) 
  • Tools & Systems: 
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook 
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) 
    • Familiar with ERP systems
