Your Role

As our Human Resources Advisor, you will be the organization’s go‑to person for all things HR.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, coach managers and directors, and contribute to growing our employer brand. Your work will directly support performance, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding 
  • Coach managers and directors on team and human dynamics 
  • Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and HR best practices 
  • Roll out development, performance, and evaluation programs 
  • Foster a healthy, engaging work climate aligned with our culture 
  • Continuously improve HR tools and practices

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3 to 5 years in a generalist HR role.
    • Strong knowledge of the Québec legislative framework, including CNESST, pay equity, and labour standards.
  • Asset: CRHA designation.
  • Bilingual (French/English)
